Andy Moore

Andy is a Principal in Decarbonization at Sproule ERCE with over 16 years of global
experience primarily across the CCS and oil & gas sectors, spanning operators, service
companies, and regulatory bodies. He brings deep technical expertise in reservoir modelling,
field development, and risk assessment. At Sproule ERCE, Andy is involved in the subsurface
evaluation and project management of a wide range of global CCS projects. These include
independent evaluations for CCS debt financing, SRMS-compliant Competent Persons
Reports, and technical studies. Previously, at the UK North Sea Transition Authority, he
played a key role in designing the national CCS regulatory framework.
