Recognizing International Women’s Day 2026

Sproule ERCE acknowledges International Women’s Day, observed globally on March 8, to recognize the social, economic, cultural, and professional contributions of women. The 2026 theme, “Give to Gain,” underscores the importance of collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and the collective benefits that arise when women and girls are supported through equitable opportunities.

This theme highlights the broader value generated when individuals and organizations contribute time, expertise, and resources toward advancing gender equality. Empowering women in fields such as education, leadership, science, energy, and entrepreneurship strengthens communities and supports long-term economic and social progress.

Perspectives from Women Across Sproule ERCE

At Sproule ERCE, professionals across our global offices shared their perspectives on what it means to contribute, elevate, and support one another within a multidisciplinary environment. Their insights demonstrate how a collaborative approach enhances project outcomes, strengthens teams, and advances our work across the energy industry.

We appreciate the contributions of those who participated in this initiative: Deby Susanti, Maria de Santa Anna, Amirah Zakariah, Sonia Chung, and Aranza Ramírez.

Continuing the Commitment to Equality and Progress

International Women’s Day serves as a reminder of the continued need to advance equality, remove structural barriers, and support meaningful action that enables women to thrive across all areas of society. Sproule ERCE remains committed to promoting inclusive practices and supporting professional development across our global team.
