Sproule ERCE Completes Independent Lithium Resource Evaluation for Arverne’s Alsace Portfolio

23/09/2026

On This Topic

Sproule ERCE completed an independent evaluation of lithium Mineral Resources and Exploration Targets for Arverne‘s Exclusive Exploration Permits in Alsace, France.

An Independent, Multidisciplinary Assessment

A multidisciplinary team of geoscience and reservoir engineering specialists completed the evaluation in accordance with NI 43-101 and applicable CIM standards and guidance. Our team’s work drew on Company-provided datasets, historical geothermal well information, and publicly available geological and geothermal data, all independently reviewed and validated by Sproule ERCE, alongside information from the first two wells drilled at Schwabwiller.

Scope of the Evaluation

Our estimate covers the Les Sources, Les Poteries, Strasbourg, and Les Coteaux exploration areas in Alsace, including granted permits and an area under application as described in the Technical Report.

What’s Next

Arverne states that a subsequent phase focused on reserves certification is expected in the first quarter of 2027, and identifies this evaluation as a step in the continuing assessment of the Lithium de France project.

Sproule ERCE acknowledges the contributions of Arverne, Lithium de France, and the technical teams involved in providing information for this evaluation.
