Carnarvon Energy holds a 20% interest in the permit WA-437-P offshore Northwest Australia containing the Dorado Discovery. Carnarvon requires reporting of its resources in Dorado.

Problem:
Sproule ERCE was asked by Carnarvon Energy to perform an independent technical review of the Dorado resource following the Dorado-2 appraisal well in 2019 which encountered hydrocarbon bearing reservoirs also encountered by Well Dorado-1.
Solution:
Sproule ERCE evaluated Contingent Resources of Dorado. Sproule ERCE has identified remaining key contingencies required to be addressed prior to the recoverable volumes at Dorado being classified as Reserves. These include the planned Dorado-3 appraisal well.
